With dedicated routes, you can earn up to $70,000+ a year. New drivers can earn up to $12,000 as a first-year bonus. Home time here is daily or weekly. The dedicated fleet averages only 18 months old, so you will be driving in some of the newest equipment on the market.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance. There is also a 401k match program available. Your time spent in orientation is paid and pet policies are provided.

U.S. Xpress provides free college for its drivers and their families. The company will cover up to two degrees at a time: one for you and a dependent, or two dependents. Dozens of degrees are available for this program—including Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Online degree options can make it easy to learn on the road.

Many of our dedicated routes feature consistent stops and locations. As a dedicated driver, you will know where you are headed every single day. You will receive extra pay for stops and unloading, which will quickly increase your paycheck.
