Our\u00a0base pay rate\u00a0is 45 to 47.5 cents per mile and then we\u00a0add so many extras.\u201d<br><br>\u200bThe $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid out in $100 weekly increments over two years.\u00a0The company also has a\u00a0401(k) program that matches contributions by\u00a0a whopping\u00a020\u00a0percent. It offers driver pay for layover, breakdown and stops, plus guaranteed detention as well. Drivers also enjoy paid\u00a0holiday\u00a0and vacation time, affordable healthcare plans and paid orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pride Transport has 100 percent no-touch refrigerated freight, state-of-the-art equipment,&nbsp;and pet and rider programs. In 2019 it celebrated 50 years of operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Averitt Express&#8217; Dallas team gives back<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Truck drivers and other associates at Averitt Express\u2019 Dallas service center recently used some friendly competition to donate more than 7,500 pounds of food to charity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"187\" height=\"40\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hiremaster.com\/trucking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/unnamed.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-215\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants divided into three teams to see who could contribute the most food to Mission Arlington.
