Experienced drivers joining the carrier will now start at up to 58 cents per mile, while existing company drivers\u2019 pay has been increased by four cents per mile across the fleet.<br><br>Lease drivers start at 70 percent of the revenue on the load and new\/late model equipment is available (lease trucks are governed at 75 MPH).<br><br>\u201cOur drivers are the heartbeat of our organization,\u201dBay &amp; Bay president and CEO Sam Anderson said. \u201cWe have seen over the past months how important our drivers are to keeping America open for business.
