Basic Driver Requirements:

Must have CDL-A for a minimum of 2 years.

Pass a road test.

No reckless driving convictions within the last 3 years.

No DWI, DUI convictions within the last 3 years.

No more than one moving violation within the past year and no more than two moving violations or accidents within the past 3 years.

No major preventable accidents within the past year or two within the past 3 years.
