Setting a Standard
Aug 17, 2021

Companies vie for drivers every day in this industry. Cent-by-cent increases are commonplace and many come with conditions. This year, A.D. Transport Express set a standard for benefits and transparent pay.

Driving for this company brings an ease of job not present when driving other loads with an all dry van fleet and 99% no-touch freight. Now, per mile pay rate is $0.60 for all miles.  With this new pay rate, the average annual pay is more than $80,000.

When drivers change companies, there can often be a gap in health insurance coverage. Offering many different healthcare packages for families of all shapes and sizes, A.D. Transport provides drivers with healthcare plan eligibility upon hire. Employees who file for single coverage will receive a free health plan.
