Freight, Jobs, Employment, Uprise
In almost every search involving the trucking industry these past two months, speculators have insisted that this terrible recession is upon us. When in fact, the leaders in the industry have merely taken precaution early on in the year to make sure that the government impacts and changes wouldn’t cripple them out of business. At this point in the year, freight is picking back up, however, its never a bad thing to stay aware of the situations regarding trade and the freight that is being affected into Canada and Mexico.
Now its a matter of re-distribution of freight into the right locations and to get these drivers out and maintain steady employment. The industry is optimistic, its just hard to feel that its getting better when everyone is in the thick of it currently. Employment within the industry is doing well in fact, maybe not with drivers, but in all the other areas of shipping, loading, inventory etc. are doing very well right now.
