AJG is hiring Class A CDL Truck Drivers for Refrigerated routes throughout the US. AJG has built its fleet with brand new 2023 Peterbilt 389's and continuously gains additional dedicated routes monthly. We take care of our drivers and focus on increasing logistics which assists in higher compensation and more miles consistently.
$.60 to $.65 CPM for solo drivers
$.78 CPM for team drivers
Detention is also paid along with layover depending on appointment times.

Driver Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years Reefer CDL-A experience
- Ability to efficiently operate an 18-speed Peterbilt 389
- Accidents and tickets are reviewed on a case by case basis
- No more than 2 speeding or traffic tickets in the last 3 years
- Road test + Pre-Employment Drug Test Required
- Background check required
